Wednesday – Interval Training
Stamina and Speed can only be built by training specifically via Interval sessions.
Our team of coaches, James Gibb and Sam Whitcombe will be helping as many Striders’ achieve their individual ambitions from winning races to finishing races feeling completely in control and enjoying the event.
Arrive on time and you will miss the start of the session as the group will trot off for a warm up before every run. Therefore arrive a few minutes early and bring your own drinks to this session.
Following the warm up, the coaches will split the group depending on your current ability. The session is meant to be challenging therefore its better to challenge yourself.
Follow the advice and instructions of the coaches and you will be setting more ambitious goals in no time.
Most importantly you will have fun as you join in the camaraderie of what DCS stands for.
